EXIT Realty Florida introduced an award to recognize an 'Associate of the Month' on a monthly basis from any one of the EXIT Realty Florida offices across the State of Florida. At EXIT, we understand that our associates are the foundation to the success of the entire Corporation. EXIT Realty Florida has implemented this recognition program to honor those EXIT Realty Florida associates who have gone above and beyond each month to excel in terms of production and providing top notch customer service.

The 'Associate of the Month' is selected by following a point system used to review agent production based on specific criteria including the number of listings, pending contracts, closings, and the introduction of new agents into the EXIT system. All data is collected from EXIT's proprietary software, MEMO, and at the end of each Month the associate with the highest point count is selected.

Richard Eijo of EXIT Realty of Lakeland in Lakeland, Florida was recognized as the 'Associate of the Month' for the month of September.
