EXIT Realty Florida is a Subfranchise of EXIT Realty Corp. International, with our headquarters located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Our mission is to expand the EXIT brand throughout the state of Florida with over 350 profitable Franchises and 10,000 Sales Associates. Our team consists of a group of highly skilled professionals working together every step of the way to ensure exceptional leadership and support. 

Scott Forbes
President

Scott Forbes was the owner of King Hydroseeding & Sodding Ltd., of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, one of the largest hydroseeding companies in Ontario. He has successfully invested in Real Estate over the past twenty years, both for his own use as well as private investments. It was this experience and his entrepreneurial vision that brought his attention to EXIT Realty Corp. International.

Scott was one of the first owners in Canada, acquiring a district in Toronto, Ontario in January 1997. He and other associates obtained a total of five Districts in Canada. This positive experience played an influential role in the development of Free Fly, Inc., a Subfranchise for Florida, becoming the first Subfranchisor in the USA. Scott and his Management Team stand in the forefront of developments within the EXIT Franchise network. Forbes holds the distinction of having the largest and most productive Region for EXIT Realty Corp. International. Scott’s strong leadership skills and determination are a true testament of the success of EXIT Realty Florida.

Colleen Forbes
Vice President of Operations

Colleen Forbes graduated with Honors from the University of Toronto in 2004, successfully completing a double major in Economics and Women's Studies. From 2004 to 2007, she was the Regional Representative, providing support and service for Broker/Owners in connection with their EXIT marketing and development.

In 2007, Colleen was promoted to Vice President of Operations for EXIT Realty Florida. In this position, Colleen has been instrumental in the growth of the Region. Colleen has placed a strong focus on Franchise Sales and the commitment to the organization and implementation of training programs throughout the entire state of Florida. She has effectively designed comprehensive training programs in Personality Assessments and Sponsoring to take EXIT Associates to the next level in their careers.

Through a great degree of knowledge and experience, Colleen has been fundamental to the development of EXIT Realty Florida and ensuring all aspects of operation. She has taken all steps to make certain of the ongoing communication with Brokers and Associates statewide through her participation and contribution to Regional events. Colleen exemplifies a proactive attitude and consistently offers new ideas and puts into action strategies and systems for successful changes within the industry.

Russ Fitzpatrick
Regional Director

Russ Fitzpatrick has been involved in the Real Estate industry since 1986, and holds the distinction of being one of the largest grossing Real Estate Brokerages in the history of EXIT Realty Corp. International. As an agent, Russ was a top producer for Better Homes & Gardens, Prudential, and a Re/Max Platinum Club Member. Fitzpatrick has sold more than 3500 properties during a career spanning 25 years. This level of achievement has placed him in the top 1% of all Realtors® nationally. RISMedia's Power Brokers Report ranked Fitzpatrick among the top Brokers in the country. Furthermore, Russ took his career to the next level, as the foundation behind the success and production of one of EXIT Realty’s top Offices.

In 2000, Russ signed on as the owner of an EXIT Franchise. Fitzpatrick utilized and mastered the EXIT system resulting in the recruitment of over 800 Associates into the EXIT system. In 2007, Fitzpatrick sold his Real Estate Brokerage and contracted to remain on as a consultant and trainer to its new Owners and Associates.

In 2010, Russ joined the EXIT Realty Florida Regional Team, as the Regional Director. Through his many years of experience, knowledge, and strong leadership skills, Russ is committed to ensuring the efficiency and success of EXIT Realty Florida.

Kerry Krumenacker
Director of Operations

Kerry Krumenacker holds a Masters in Education obtained from Nova Southeastern University. Kerry’s passion for educating others, promoting change, and monitoring curriculum administration and development was an aspect she carried forward into the Real Estate industry.

In 2000, Kerry began working for EXIT Team Realty as the Vice President of Operations, in which she was personally responsible for the curriculum and operating prototype that influenced the overall success of the Office. Furthermore, Kerry asserted the importance of culture, accountability, and policy to the entire Brokerage.

In 2010, Kerry came on board with EXIT Realty Florida, as the Director of Operations. Kerry is influential in carrying out the components of marketing associated with efficient operation. Through her expertise in effective marketing techniques and innovative applications of technology, Kerry is a key component in the future growth of EXIT Realty Florida.

Bruce Forbes
Regional  Controller/Representative

In 2008, Bruce Forbes graduated from the University of Guelph with Honors in Housing and Real Estate Development and a minor in Economics. In 2007, Bruce joined the Regional Team, balancing work while completing a Bachelor of Commerce. In 2009, Bruce became a member of the Florida Association of Realtors and has gained tremendous experience dealing with several REO accounts.

As the Regional Comptroller/Representative, Bruce is responsible for overseeing accounting and financial reporting of EXIT Realty Florida. In a management level position, he is diligent in maintaining the financial system in place including supervising internal controls, and the signing of expenses and commitments of the Company. Bruce plays a significant role in organizing office operations and controlling financial reporting to ensure accuracy. He is committed to ensuring ongoing communication with EXIT Realty Offices statewide. Furthermore, Bruce is active in implementing streamline systems contributing to the effectiveness throughout the process of Franchise Sales.

Karina Gonzalez
Regional Account Coordinator

In 2006, Karina graduated from Lynn University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Following this, Karina joined the EXIT Realty Florida Team as the Administrative Accountant, assisting in the daily accounting tasks.

In 2008, Karina was promoted to Regional Account Coordinator. Karina plays a significant role in the effective coordination of projects, timelines, budgets, and analysis of the growth of individual accounts. In 2010, while working for EXIT Realty Florida, Karina successfully completed her M.B.A at the Wayne Huizenga School of Business at Nova Southeastern University.

 Izabela Forbes
Regional Graphic Designer

In 2003, Izabela Forbes completed the Advertising and Graphic Design Diploma followed by the Graphic Prepress Technology Post Graduate Certificate in 2004, at Humber College in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

In 2006, she joined the EXIT Realty Florida Team in the role of Graphic Designer. Izabela is a key component in the design aspect of all marketing material completed at the Regional level. Izabela works collaboratively with EXIT Realty Florida implementing her visual communication skills to produce a wide range of artwork, organized text, and pure design elements. Izabela’s artistic skills and originality contribute to the production of a wide range of marketing material including monthly reports, logos, and magazine advertisements distributed Statewide.

Jackie Poll
Regional Administrator

In 2009 Jackie graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology. This background gave her an understanding of people that proved helpful in the hospitality industry where she worked for several years developing exceptional guest services experience. Her education also provided research and writing skills that were further enhanced in a previous Administrative position.

In August of 2011 Jackie joined the EXIT Realty Florida Regional Team as Regional Administrator. In this position she has gained unparalleled training in the technological and administrative practices of a corporation. With her attention to detail and creativity she ensures accuracy and new ideas to keep the office running as smoothly as possible. Jackie plays an instrumental role in the successful completion of daily administrative tasks required to ensure support and organization at a Regional level.

Kristin Forbes
Director of Public Relations

In 2008, Kristin graduated from the University of Guelph, successfully completing a Bachelor of Arts with a major in English and a minor in Sociology. She then pursued a Master of Arts in Education at Argosy University in Sarasota, Florida, graduating in December of 2009.

In August of 2009, while completing her M.Ed, Kristin joined the EXIT Realty Florida Team as the Director of Public Relations. Her enthusiasm to share knowledge, support others, and passion for writing plays a significant role in the area of Public Relations. Kristin organizes and manages communications between Regional Representatives, Brokers, and Agents, with the public. Working with several media outlets, she is responsible for managing effective press releases promoting events at a Regional level, and providing updates for local offices.

 Jesse Turner
 Director of Business Development

 Jesse Turner graduated from the University of Florida in 2001  
 successfully completing a Bachelors in Business with a minor in
 Economics. Turner then pursued higher education and is currently
 completing an MBA at the University of Florida.

 Turner is actively involved in his community serving on the Board of
 Directors with Sarasota Young Professional Group. Turner's knowledge
 and experience in the field of business have provided him with several
 business opportunities with clients as well as personal ventures. As a
 financial advisor, Turner managed private investment portfolios and
 developed strategic marketing plans. He is very aggressive in marketing
 and networking and utilizes the latest technologies. Most recently, Jesse
 worked as a business consultant and business broker. His passions are in
 identifying value and competitive advantages in established business.

Jesse joined the EXIT Realty Florida team in September 2011 and plays a significant role in implementing techniques contributing to the growth of the company. Jesse plays a key role in the ongoing evaluation of the business model in place and ensuring maximum results by assessing market opportunities, information management, and customer service.

 Jimmy Delay
 Director of Career Development

 Jimmy Delay is one of the top leaders in associate level recruitment and
 researched all aspects of the residential real estate and brokerage
 opportunity and landed squarely on EXIT Realty International sponsorship
 residuals as his single point of focus in career aspirations. Jimmy has
 developed a strong background in recruitment and retention and was 
 responsible for the introduction of more than 160 Associates into the
 EXIT Realty residual program. Delay applies his knowledge and
 experience in the industry to help other Associates to take advantage of 
 what he says was "the best decision of my entire career."

 Delay currently holds the position of Director of Career Development for
 EXIT Realty Florida. He also runs the specialized training program for
 Chief Recruitment Officers throughout the State of Florida. Jimmy is directly
 involved in the selection process of franchise candidates applying for exclusive territories within the EXIT system in Florida.

 Mike Mancuso
 Director of Franchise Development

 Mike has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in three States since 1977.
 He formed M.O.R.E. Real Estate Investment Company in 1982. He also
 taught the real estate sales and brokers courses as well as becoming a
 seminar speaker, nationally, on "How to Invest in Real Estate for Profit
 and Retirement." It was in 1989 that Mike joined the ERA Real Estate
 Franchise System as Director of Franchise Development covering the
 New England market. In 1992 Mike moved to Pensacola, FL and in a
 short time was promoted Regional VP of the Southeast. Mike's nineteen
 years in the real estate franchise industry has led to success, recognition
 and a member of the Franchise President's Club for ERA.

 Mike joined EXIT Realty Florida in September 2011 and has been influential
 in developing new EXIT Realty Franchisees by introducing them to the unique & exclusive EXIT Realty system. Mike works with new Franchisees to ensure sustained and profitable growth helping each Franchisee to expand the existing Franchise base through a merger & acquisition and roll-in blending process.
